Scan2Q provides a cloud-based queue management system that allows businesses to manage customer queues through QR code check-ins and real-time monitoring. Our services include:

• Queue management dashboard
• QR code generation and tracking
• Real-time customer notifications
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Multi-location support (Pro and Enterprise)
• Customer support services

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Scan2Q. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required for the trial.

Paid Subscriptions: After the trial ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan. Charges are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

Billing: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for subscription fees. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scan2Q for:

• Illegal activities or violations of law
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Transmission of malware or harmful code
• Unauthorized access or data breach attempts
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Any purpose that damages our service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Scan2Q, including logos, text, images, and code, is owned by or licensed to Scan2Q and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAN2Q SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Scan2Q is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Scan2Q is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent from customers before collecting their information through Scan2Q.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Scan2Q following modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be inappropriate or harmful.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Scan2Q shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
