Getting started is simple! First, register for an account on our website. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Our team will then set up your queue management system and send you login credentials. Once you're set up, you can start using Scan2Q immediately with your customers.

You only need internet connectivity and a smartphone or tablet to manage your queues. That's it! The system works on any modern device with a web browser. No special hardware or complicated setup required.

Customers simply scan a QR code with their smartphone to join the queue. No app download or registration is required. They immediately receive their queue number and can track their position in real-time.
